LBMA system type of boring I.D.:

• Only with compact design of 90º and diameter of boring between 1mm and 3mm;
• Insertos with resistance of consuming of micron-grain, VM1 or ZM3 grades;
• Depth of machine varies between 2mm and 8mm.

CTPW tool type Cut-off:

• Maximum depth of cut 10mm, therefore for maximum diameter of 20mm;

• Gold coated ZC7 has been designed for hard turning applications where soft to hard turning (50-60HRC) range is required;
• ZC7 gold coating makes edge wear easily detectable;
• HC7 (uncoated) has been designed for use in the demanding process of hard turning rolls in steel mill industry.

PCD Milling Cutters:

NTK introduces indexable PCD milling cutters for high speed machining of aluminum

Benefits:
• No presetting and no adjustment of cartridge-just install insert, tighten screw and start machining;
• No regrinding of PCD insert-disposable;
